1. Eligibility
1.1. The competition is open to all subscribers of the Hurricanes mailing list aged 18 years or over, except employees of The Hurricanes and their close relatives or anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
1.2. No entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
2. How to Enter
2.1. The competition will run from 07.05.2025 to 23.05.2025. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
2.2. To enter, participants must fill out the entry form on The Hurricanes website.
2.3. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3. Prizes
3.1. The winner will receive overnight accommodation at The Rydges Wellington on Saturday 31st May, A $200 Portlander voucher, late check out of 1pm, Complimentary WiFi & 2 x Tickets to The Hurricanes vs Moana Pasifika at Sky Stadium on Saturday 31st May, 2025 at 7.05pm. This prize is worth approximately $250 NZD
3.2. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable and subject to availability.
3.3. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
4.1. Winners will be chosen randomly on 26.05.2025
4.2. The winner will be notified by phone within 3 days of the closing date.
4.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within [1] day of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
5. Rights and Permissions
5.1. By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and entry in any publicity material, as well as their entry being shared on our social media platforms.
5.2. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

6.1. The Hurricanes reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.
6.2. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand Law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
6.3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
