Three Hurricanes have been included in the All Blacks side for their second Rugby Championship test against Argentina in Buenos Aires this weekend.

Following on from last week’s 41-24 win in Cordoba, Hurricanes trio Jordie Barrett, Billy Proctor, and Pasilio Tosi have all been retained in the starting lineup ahead of the rematch against Los Pumas at Estadio Jose Amalfitani on Sunday morning NZT.

Barrett, who has again been named as a vice-captain, and Proctor reprise their midfield partnership for the fourth time in an All Blacks jersey.

Tosi, meanwhile, is set to play his 11th test after keeping his place on the bench as the reserve tighthead prop.

“All of the players who have come into the squad have worked really hard and earned their place at training,” All Blacks head coach Scott Robertson said.

“Our bench will bring energy and impact to the battle.”

The All Blacks currently at the top of the Rugby Championship standings, ahead of the second-placed Wallabies on points differential after both sides picked up opening round wins against Argentina and South Africa, respectively.

Following this weekend’s clash in the Argentine capital, the All Blacks will return to New Zealand for back-to-back tests at home against the Springboks in the next phase of the Rugby Championship.

Kick-off for the second test between the All Blacks and Los Pumas is scheduled for 9:10am Sunday NZT.
