The Hurricanes sign Ārepa as their first neuroscience partner

Thu 7th Apr

The Hurricanes have announced a new partnership with Neuroscience Drink Ārepa, designed to help improve brain function, relieve nervousness, stress and improve clarity.

Hurricanes General Manager Commercial Chris Yeo says it’s fantastic to make the relationship with Ārepa official.

“We love working with innovative partners who can help support our male and female athletes to continue performing at the highest level,” he says.

“There are some amazing people creating incredible products and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, Ārepa is one of those companies who is doing just that and committed to working with us to make us better”.

Ārepa CEO and Co-founder Angus Brown says he couldn’t be prouder to be part of the support team for the Hurricanes as their neuroscience partner.

“We support elite performance athletes across a wide variety of sports and given rugby is one of New Zealand’s most played games, we are proud to partner with one of the leading super rugby teams to help improve mental wellness and performance amongst the athletes and fans,” he says.

“This partnership means more to me than just business, coming from Hawke’s Bay, I’ve grown up supporting the Hurricanes and so to now be working alongside them means a lot. Go the Hurricanes.” he says.
